Strength & Conditioning

At Revolve Athletic our strength & conditioning coaches not only guides players and teams to peak physical performance but also foster accountability and responsibility throughout the season. Working closely with the coaching staff, S&C Coaches will oversee training loads, GPS unit management, and injury prevention strategies. Our approach aims to develop robust, anti-fragile athletes capable of performing at their best year-round. We believe face-to-face training will elicit the best results, using simple instructions but also education on why we do what we do.

Athlete Wellbeing

We are committed to fostering a culture of holistic wellbeing among our athletes, recognizing that high performance is not merely physical but also psychological and social in nature. Our comprehensive Wellbeing & Performance Program, developed in alignment with the Australian Institute of Sport's LTC (Learn-Thrive-Contribute) Model, aims to create an environment where athletes can fully realize their potential while leading balanced lives. The core components include Wellbeing and High Performance Workshops, Values and Goal Setting Sessions, Wellbeing Support Resources and Escalation Frameworks.

Education & Upskilling

Kurt, Director and Head of Performance, has taught from TAFE to University, run workshops across Australia, and presented at multiple events across the world. Whether you want to upskill your physiotherapy team or need a professional to present at a public event, we’ve got you!

Sports Science

Rehabilitation

Return-to-sport strength and injury prevention services, including consultation with physiotherapists, surgeons, and/or doctors to get you back to the field stronger than ever before. From the acute management stage through to return to performance, we’ve has you covered.

Culture & Leadership

Implementing Culture and Leadership sessions is imperative to creating engaged, focused, and relentless athletes that want to get better at every single session. Our services range from strategic frameworks and scoping studies to club history, team values, and goal setting workshops. We work closely with Leadership, coaches and teams to develop team trademarks and non-negotiable behaviours incorporating follow up sessions and resources through the year. Having experience in organisational change across corporate and elite sport, we understand how to get the most value out of the session for the club & the athlete.

Mentorship

As a certified L3 Master Coach with Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA), our Head of Performance Kurt Vogel has mentored more than 50 coaches globally across the physical performance sector.

Online Coaching

Elite coaching services that include online meetings, programming and video tutorials for your steps to success. Managed with several sports tech platforms, our online services give you a complete package of load monitoring, and strength & conditioning access.
